RIJ central line gone bad —> R tension pneumothorax w mediastinal shift —> Resolution w chest tube
Subclavian that lead to a tension pneumo that was treated with a chest tube.

Marya & send513: It's RIJ central line gone bad —> R Hemothorax w mediastinal shift —> Resolution w chest tube. About 1500 ml of blood was drained.
NOT Pneumothorax. A pneumo would be radiolucent (dark). Blood or any fluid for that matter would be radioopaque (white) as in this case. The lucent area that you see medially next to the mediastinum is the collapsed right lung.
